VME PLA MOD for OFPDR

Hello all the OFPDR's new friend!

I'm Alex.XP and I come from the Chinese OFPDR/ARMAII team "VME".

We were made the "VME PLA MOD" in the OFP times, and working on the "VME PLA MOD for ARMA II" now.
