finding servers (xbox)

well i have to say bravo for the game BUT when ever i want to play online it takes SOOOOOOOOOO long to find a server and i find one theres either a connection error OR the server is full of rambo :(

i desperately want to play with TACTICAL players like myself please add me on xbox live if you play tacticaly - miltonshine is my gamer tag
