im on mission 11 where u have to take down the AAs before your helis arrive. I can get into the compound and wipe out all the soldiers fine but when it actually comes to taking out the AA vehicles it is impossible.

They take 3 rockets to destroy each, with the long reload time you can imagine this takes a while. You cannot shoot the AA in the back because there are two of them with their backs to each other. Plus evertime i try to sneak around to get a shot at the damn things somone in my squad manages to give away their position leading us all to die.

Even when i can get a shot at the vehicles they shoot the shit out of me before i can get to cover, if they dont blow up the building im hiding behind either. Overall this is BS ive tried to do it about 100 different ways and every time i die or run out of time! HELP :P

well, for me 1 rocket was enough to immobilize them. After I did that to both I went back to completely destroy them and kill the last enemies to secure the place

Yeah i struggled a lot there, had to do it over and over until i finally did it. What i did was this:

Make sure you take the AT from the broken shack to the north to replace your Javelin. Head south and clear the north part of the village clean and quick by shooting every enemy you see in the head (it should be easy as they'll all be running for cover or sitting mindlessly at their cover point), if you can; shooting the two guys in the house south of you, otherwise you'll have to clear that out before you move into the village. Just shoot the enemies through the windows, they'll probably be looking the other way, instead of sending in your guys to clear it out as they'll get hit and then you'll be fucked because you need them to cover you while you prep your AA later.

When the house is clear, flank the village from the east, shoot any enemies you see but be quick about it (probably better to let your mates do it, though they might get hit) and then quickly prep your AT and shoot the AA 3 times while having your guys cover your ass. You basically need to do all this as quickly as you possibly can. If you haven't done all this quick enough you're already lost, if Trident reports damage during this you'll have to start over.

Now run back to the house that had the 2 guys in it and take a shiny new AT from the small ammo box, quickly run to the back of the village, shoot the enemies in a hurry (or have your mates do it while you), prep your AT and shoot the AA 3 times in the back. At this point it doesn't matter anymore if your fireteam members get hit as there's a checkpoint in a second, just make sure you shoot those AA's.

Then just hop on board of Trident and it'll take you and your guys to where you need to go. Don't get in the driver's seat or things might fuck up and you'll have to do everything over again, lol, i did that...
Insert bullshit pro-war comment here because i don't really think any further than my own stupidity.

Well Im glad someone done it, To be honest I gave up after dying so many times this was one mission to far for me I started to miss OFP1 as we were never against a clock, which spoils it for me, Dying hundreds on times is boring In OFP1 we called in support when we concidered it safe. I might try once more as you have done it ..well done again you give us hope, where there was none.....why Oh why did they do this..beat the clock
