This is a very simple free flight mission. I've placed all of the drive able vehicles, excluding boats, in close proximity at the Skira airfield. There aren't any mission objectives... just free flight. Simply place the "free flight" folder includedin the .zip file in your "operation flashpoint/data_win/missions/mission editor" folder. Enjoy!

this doesnt work, shows up under my mission list, but there are no objectives or description listed, then it acts liek its starting, goes from dark screen to somewhat light, and it freezes at this ocean view then crashes

J-Chase, I think you just need to make sure you put the mission directory in a folder with the right name in data_win. I had a lot of missions not working, until I did this. Effectively, this means you duplicate the directory with the mission name. So the correct directory tree for this mission is:
rndata_winmissionsFree FlightFree Flight
rnThe second Free Flight dir being the downloaded one in the zip file. I've checked it, and it works.
