more realistic AI+ ARP

Now I will give it a shot. I made a own AI with some changing to the orginal and Templer's (thanks to his first AIs, helped me alot). Some values are based on Templar's AI.

Changes to normal and Templar
Enemy will shoot in bursts at you (suppressfire or MGs are still shooting in high ratio)
Unaimed shooting is extremly spreading, for AI and for you.
Enemys will stay in cover longer time.
FTL, Sniper and Medics are a higher thread for them.
DR Blocker vamporised. Every shot can be lethal.
Limited Combat sight of player and AI to 200.
Enemy is searching for cover very fast.
And some other, I can't remember now.
Accurracy depents on suppressionratio, morale, experience
Morale changed in some aspects.

AI is running in 1.0 with all maps, in 1.01 custom maps only [which are specially prepared].

Place the 2 floders in C:Program FilesCodemastersOF Dragon Risingdata_win
